Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our organic honey. As a perishable food product, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and shipped.

2. Product Exchange (Damaged Goods)

  • If your order reaches you in a damaged or leaked condition, we will replace it.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with photos and proof of damage.

Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days at no additional cost.
